These terms govern your use of SabiLearn — a course marketplace where independent instructors publish video courses and learners buy them individually or through an all-access subscription. By creating an account or buying a course, you accept these terms.
01The service
SabiLearn is a marketplace, not a school. Instructors create and own their courses; every course is reviewed by our team before it is published. We host, stream and sell the courses, and we handle payments and certificates.
02Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password private. One person per account — sharing an account or its course access with others is not allowed and can lead to suspension.
03Courses and access
Buying a single course gives you lifetime, non-transferable access to stream it, including future updates from the instructor. An all-access subscription lets you stream every published course while your subscription is active; when it ends, subscription-only access ends too. You get a license to watch — not ownership of the videos. Downloading, recording, re-uploading or reselling course content is prohibited.
04Payments and pricing
Prices are shown on each course page and on the pricing page, in the listed currency. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
05Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which is part of these terms. In short: single courses can be refunded within 14 days if you have watched less than 20%, and subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
06Instructor terms
Anyone may apply to teach; publishing requires our approval. Instructors keep ownership of their content and grant us a license to host, stream and sell it on the platform. Instructors must only upload content they have the rights to, keep courses accurate and maintained, and accept that earnings are paid under the revenue-share terms shown in the studio. We may unpublish content that breaks the law, infringes rights, or falls below our quality bar.
07Certificates
Completing a course earns a certificate of completion with a public verification link. Certificates confirm completion on this platform; they are not accredited diplomas or professional qualifications.
08Acceptable use
Do not scrape the catalog, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful or infringing material, harass other users, or attempt to bypass the video protection, payments or access controls.
09Intellectual property
The SabiLearn name, logo, design and software are ours. Course videos and materials belong to their instructors. Your own uploads stay yours — you license them to us so we can run the platform.
10Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where the law requires it. Paid access already granted is handled under the refund policy.
11Liability
The platform is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
